Laura has over 20 years experience in fitness, her certifications include;
NASM, PES, CES, Pre-Natal, ISSA Certification in Nutrition and Weight Management to name a few.
Her “Never Give Up” attitude has gained her a reputation for getting results.
Principals she strongly believes in are honesty, integrity, humility, courtesy, harmony, self-discipline, and perseverence!
